We want you to love your Sophia Webster purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with the signature branded packaging and protective sole film intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items back in their original Sophia Webster box and secure them inside the shipping carton, ensuring all original tags and protective films are attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid returns label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier at a local drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
